Welcome to Richardson's Harley-Davidson service department. Thank you for choosing one of the most respected full service dealers in Australia for Harley-Davidson & Buell motorcycles. Our professional Harley-Davidson University (HDU) trained technicians and staff offer over 60 years of combined experience in every service area, including engine, chassis, electrical, fuel injection, performance and tuning, customising and customer service for your bike.

Training is nothing new to Harley-Davidson having provided technical training to dealers and their staff since 1916. In 1987 technical and management training for dealership staff was brought under the umbrella of Harley-Davidson University. All employees of Richardson's Harley-Davidson undertake online and instructor led courses provided by HDU. The education and training of each technician is a constant and ongoing package of in house PHD online training courses and weeklong instructor led classes at the high tech Harley-Davidson training facility located in Sydney. PHD courses consist of online video and text books with assessment at the end which require a minimum of 85% to pass. Constant training helps to ensure we stay on top of all service requirements and enable us to provide top quality service for you and your motorcycle.

Our service department incorporates a modern fully equipped workshop able to provide full service ranging from scheduled maintenance to complete engine and transmission rebuilds. All work is done in-house enabling us to control the quality of the job. Our investment in technician training, specialised tooling, modern up to date computerised diagnostic equipment and a state of the art dynamometer demonstrates our commitment to maintaining your motorcycle to the highest standard.
