Technicians

All technicians are motorcycle specific mechanics and motorcycle enthusiasts. All technicians undergo Harley-Davidson PHD training in their own time. University training is available to techs upon completion of a set level of PHD courses. All techs use the highest quality hand & air tools to prevent damage to fasteners.

Servicing

All service work is done by the book without cutting corners or skipping procedures. Only genuine oils and parts are used. All EFI bikes are connected to DigiTech 2 to check for faults, current and historical and also to check for safety & product campaigns via online connection to Harley-Davidson.

Tyre changing

Our tyre changing machine is the highest quality & most up to date available. Benefits of this machine are:

• An air operated third arm to aid in the removal & fitment of tyres
• Reduces the risk of scratching or damaging wheel rims
• Reduces time require for tyre changes

All tyres fitted are balanced using an electronic dynamic balancing machine to ensure correct wheel balance.

Engine work

All engine building is done totally in-house. Any and every model of Harley-Davidson engines can and has been built in our engine room. Engine building ranges from repairs or reconditioning to vintage restorations or high performance. We have all tooling available for arboring con rod and main bearing races, balancing & truing flywheels and rod sets. We have tooling for machining valves & seats in heads. All engines can be painted & polished to look original. Paint used on engines is Harley-Davidson laquer which is used on current model bikes.

Digital Technician

• An essential tool for diagnosing electrical problems and checking the running condition of fuel injected motorcycles by reading and analysing data directly from the bike's computer or ECM.
• The bike's ECM freezes & stores data from the time a problem arises to help with problem solving and can only be read by the digital technician.
• Reduces time for electrical repairs.
• Conducts a regular weekly self update directly from Harley-Davidson in the USA to keep updated with the latest information.

Machine shop

An in-house machine shop is available for fabrication, modification, repairs & reconditioning. Equipment includes:

• Milling machine
• Lathe
• MIG, TIG and gas welders
• Boring bar & honing station
• Bead blaster
• Valve facer
• Hydraulic & arbor press
• Bench grinders, linisher & polisher
• Band saw
• Plasma cutter
